Bear Clan Strategy Inc. (“BCSI”) is a majority Indigenous-owned, woman led consulting firm specializing in facilitating transactions across Canada. BCSI is led by Diane Archie, former Northwest Territories Deputy Premier and Minister of Infrastructure and NWT Power Corporation. BCSI is based in Yellowknife, NWT with a national focus and serves as a bridge between businesses, Indigenous communities (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit), and government entities, offering expertise in Indigenous commercial enterprise, negotiations and economic reconciliation. BCSI has a focus on Indigenous economic development projects and negotiations relating to infrastructure, business purchases and sales, green energy, construction, mining, oil and gas and mine remediation. BCSI also advises on treaty and Indigenous rights and negotiations.
