After over 15 enriching years in the fine dining industry, Nastassia transitioned into the corporate world, where she furthered her business education with the support of Métis Nation BC. But after returning to her Northern BC roots, she found herself missing the elevated experiences that defined her time in hospitality—and was inspired to bring that level of excellence to others in a new way.

In December 2024, Nastassia, along with her husband and their two dogs, made the move to Yellowknife. Embracing the excitement of change, she decided it was the perfect time to launch her first business.

With a strong foundation in food, wine, and hospitality, Nastassia is passionate about combining the sophistication of city dining with the welcoming spirit of the North. Each board she creates highlights quality local products and is crafted with care, intention, and a personal touch.
