Our AGM will be called to order at 11:30am SHARP, please arrive a few minutes early.
During the AGM we will be electing our 2017 Board of Directors and asking for the support of our membership as we update our bylaws.
The proposed changes to our bylaws are:
1. Section 22: The addition of an attendance policy for Board Members;
2. Section 24: A minor revision that incorporates the proposed attendance policy;
3. Section 29: Adding the words "or perceived conflict of interest" to our conflict of interest policy;
4. Section 34: The addition of an e-resolution policy; and
5. Section 35: The addition of an e-mail policy for Board Members
