About the Presenters
Ayanna Ferdinand Catlyn has a corporate and commercial law practice. She serves as a local agent for Canadian and international companies, banks and other lenders, law firms and not-for-profit organizations seeking on corporate and commercial transactions, including commercial real estate and financing transactions impacting their operations in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon.
As the supervising partner of the Northern Canada corporate records office, she also has a general solicitor’s practice dedicated to serving similar business needs of local clients based in the northern territories.
Cameron Hughes has represented public and private companies in the energy industry in Alberta for over 20 years. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, energy infrastructure, project finance and development, and joint ventures in the energy sector. He advises clients with respect to upstream, midstream and downstream matters, over-the-counter commodity trading, cross-border trading, energy derivatives, risk management, asset and payment securitization and credit issues.
Richard Stobbe is an intellectual property lawyer, Trademark Agent and Certified Licensing Professional (CLP), helping corporations and individuals throughout Alberta with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
