About Us
Old Town Glassworks is a workers cooperative that has been creating beautiful recycled glassware from rescued bottles on the shores of Great Slave Lake since 1994. We use original northern patterns by local artists. Each piece is cut, polished, stencilled and sand-blasted by hand. Our gift shop is brimming with our famous northern glasses, mugs, lamps, magnets, soap pumps & much more. We also offer Custom Engraving for Logos, Awards, & Gifts. Old Town Glassworks is also proud to provide glass etching workshops, each workshop includes some history, demonstration of our glass cutting and etching process, and a chance to make your own unique piece of glassware to take home - once you have completed our workshop you have the chance to return again to enjoy Studio Time to work at your own pace by bringing in your own glassware or purchasing blank pieces of glassware from our selection.
